Wellington Mpandi is a distinguished Co-Founder & Director of Richwell Diamond Cutting Works and Ramsden Diamonds, prestigious establishments situated in Parktown, Johannesburg. With a primary focus on polished trading, as well as the cutting and polishing of rough diamonds, Wellington exemplifies exceptional expertise in the diamond industry. 

Wellington's commitment to corporate social responsibility is demonstrated through his active participation as a member of the CSR for the SA Diamond Dealers' Club. He contributes to the organization's efforts in promoting responsible business practices and social impact initiatives.

In addition to his role at Richwell Diamonds, Wellington holds prominent positions within the industry. Notably, he serves as the Vice President of the South African Young Diamond Beneficiator's Guild, where he plays a crucial role in fostering opportunities for aspiring diamond beneficiators in South Africa. Furthermore, Wellington assumes the position of Vice President in the African Diamond Manufacturers Association, a testament to his dedication in advancing the interests and growth of diamond manufacturers across the African continent. His involvement with the African Diamond Council further underscores his extensive engagement within the regional diamond industry.

Wellington's expertise extends beyond diamonds, encompassing profound knowledge of various minerals mined in Africa. This comprehensive understanding of the entire mineral value chain positions him as a well-rounded industry professional.while maximizing our positive contributions to society.

Michael Mukarati is a dynamic and accomplished young entrepreneur and philanthropist, with an extensive range of businesses operating across Africa and the United Kingdom.

With a sharp acumen for identifying innovation and seizing opportunities, Michael has demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess through the establishment and start-up companies. Notable among these ventures are Elites Sports Management, Supreme Medicare Group, and his latest endeavor, Inala Minerals. Elites Sports Management focuses on the sports sector, while Supreme Medicare Group operates within the health sector. Inala Minerals, on the other hand, is dedicated to the mining industry.

Having been raised in London but originally hailing from Zimbabwe, Michael's unique background has endowed him with a global perspective, enriching his endeavors with diverse insights. In addition to his business pursuits, he serves as the Chairman of the Sports and Arts Academy MMSA Academy. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Zimbabwe, MMSA Academy is committed to nurturing and cultivating the next generation of exceptional sports and arts talents from Africa, equipping them with skills and recognition that rival their European and American counterparts.

Previously, Michael held the esteemed position of Chairman at Youth Organisation African Arise, a youth-focused non-governmental organization based in Zimbabwe. In this role, he assumed the responsibility of driving growth and spearheading impactful initiatives. Under his leadership, the organization successfully launched a Pad Campaign, which raised over 2 million pads distributed to girls in orphanages and children's homes. Additionally, Michael orchestrated an Entrepreneurship Pitch Day, where a deserving entrepreneur was awarded a grant sponsored by Africa Arise. Furthermore, he facilitated the participation of a Zimbabwean entrepreneur in the Creative Business Cup, providing them with a platform to showcase their capabilities.
